INCH provides an opportunity for exhibitors and others to apply to participate in our conference goody bag, which is distributed to our conference attendees, one per family. We will be assembling 1,000 goody bags for the 2020 Conference. If you wish to participate in the goody bags, you will submit a goody bag form on our website www.inch.org, pay the appropriate fee, and provide 1,000 copies of your insert item (or items if paying for more than one insert). A sample of each goody bag insert must be reviewed prior to acceptance Please submit one sample of each item you would like to have inserted in the goody bag along with your application and fee payment. Send to INCH at c/o Mary Hoch at 1721 Schoolhouse rd, Lansing, MI 48917 or email scanned copy to [email protected] Upon review and acceptance, a confirmation will be emailed to you with instructions for where to send your 1,000 inserts. Do not send inserts prior to approval. Registered Exhibitor Fee: $40 per lot of 1,000 of the same insert item Non-Exhibitor Fee: $60 per lot of 1,000 of the same insert item *Continued on next page INCH 2020 Exhibitor Packet Page 4 Goody Bag Participation Deadlines: INCH must receive all goody bag inserts by: May 1, 2020 Shipping Inserts: Please note, inserts will be shipped to a residence in the Lansing Area. Please plan to ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other similar shipping service that can be delivered to a residence. Once your application has been approved, send items to INCH at c/o Mary Hoch at 1721 Schoolhouse Rd, Lansing, MI 48917. It is also an option to hand-deliver your inserts to the residence. Contact information will be provided once approved.
2.) Sponsorships at the INCH conference are an excellent opportunity for increased exposure to new and veteran homeschooling families, allowing you to showcase your products and services at an advanced level. Our sponsors receive outstanding brand exposure and exclusive benefits before, during, and after the conference.
3.) The INCH Conference Program is a high-quality, booklet that conference attendees receive at check in. Advertising in the Conference Program is available on page 13. The advertising/media contract must be completed, and your payment can be included with your payment of exhibitor fees. The opportunity to advertise in the conference program is open to registered exhibitors as well as non-exhibitors who fit INCH’s mission and criteria. There are a limited number of full-page ad spots available.
